If she came from the same place that cat did, it's a wonder you could still recognize her as a woman.

The cat's body is still extremely radioactive - you're lucky your burns weren't even more serious.

After I succeeded in bringing through that cat, I knew I was on the right track. It was just a matter of pushing the apparatus to its limits.

I thought that I'd contacted savages & the cat was something their witch-doctors had made.

Nobody made it that way - it was born that way - it's a mutation, a freak, caused by excess radiation in the atmosphere.
